Hold the Slow Cooker Fajitas, We're Eating Buca di Beppo Tonight!

I know that I've fallen behind in my posts a couple of times over the last few weeks. The holidays are always a little busier and unpredictable with dinners out and parties to attend. Today is no exception. The meal plan promises slow cooker fajitas and I will deliver....tomorrow. But tonight, tonight my dear mother-in-law is visiting in honor of my daughter's school Christmas program. So, we're off to dinner at Buca di Beppo so that we can cram into a tiny auditorium and ooze garlic from our pores while watching adorable kiddos dressed as candles and stars and trees read Christmas poems and sing cute little festive songs.
